Suggested serving temperatures for wines:

Sparkling:  40-45 degrees

Whites:       45-50 degrees

Rose:           50-55 degrees

Reds:           55-65 degrees

The Best And Quickest way to chill wine is to place it in a bucket or sink filled with half ice and half cold water.
